The Spike Store – Return & Refund Policy
At The Spike Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at thespikestore7@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide the following details in your email:
•Order Number
•Photo of the product
•Bank details (only required for Cash on Delivery orders)
Once we receive your email and verify your request, we will initiate the return process.
Return & Refund Process:
•After your product is picked up from your location, we will process your refund.
•Refunds will be issued within 3–4 business days of receiving the returned product.
Important Notes:
•Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
•Refunds are only applicable to the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
